A lunch at Apples restaurant at Park Hyatt Hamburg
The Apples Restaurant is located within the Park Hyatt Hotel in Hamburg, Germany. The restaurant boasts of repeated clientele because of the excellent service and the innovative cuisine they present to guests every time. The restaurant has a ?live kitchen? in which you can observe the entire process as the team prepares your food. The chef, a young Austrian woman uses ingredients sourced from the region to create truly amazing dishes with artistic presentations and great taste. The dishes vary depending on the season but the quality never dwindles. There is a chef?s table in the middle of the restaurant which is about four metres long and can sit up to twelve guests.
During my stay at the hotel, I visited the restaurant and had lunch on the terrace; the sun was shining and I got to enjoy an excellently prepared meanwhile enjoying the lovely view from the terrace. The restaurant has a classy décor, a wide selection of wines and impeccable service. The waiters are courteous and patiently provide answers to the questions one may have about the items on the menu.
For starters, I had the Prime veal boiled beef with asparagus, raddish and green herb sauce, which was very tasty.
This was followed by the main dish which was an amazing Haddock Pan fried with garlic gnocchi, young leek and parmesan foam. The perfectly cooked fish was delicious and could have been the highlight of my lunch if every other thing wasn?t equally delightful.
