A Bengal Tiger In London: Sabyasachi at the VandA
Leading fashion houses, including Burberry, Chloe, Prabal Gurung and Preen, have created animal-inspired masks to be exhibited at London's famous Victoria and Albert (VandA) Museum from 26 October to 9 November, 2016. The exposition, titled Conservation Couture: The Animal Ball Collection, will also feature a Swarovski-studded mask called the Bengal Tiger designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

After the exhibition, the masks will be auctioned off on 15 November, and are expected to fetch an estimated price of andpound;2,000 each. The proceeds will be donated to various animal conservation charities like The Elephant Family, Wildlife Conservation Society, World Wildlife Fund, to name a few. The Vandamp;A will also host a grand Animal Ball on 22 November where the masks will be worn by guests who bought them.
