In Las Vegas, you can dine at Picasso in the Belagio Hotel surrounded by the artist’s priceless paintings. In New York, caricatures of Broadway royalty stare at you from the walls of Sardi’s while you eat. But if you’re interested in eating your meal in the presence of some of the greatest cars ever made, you’ll have to head to South Florida and the Miami Supercar Room.The Miami Supercar room is the brainchild of a self-described petrolhead, the British-born Elo, a former model and fashion designer, and owner of the London Motorcar Museum. It’s a 15,000 square-foot automotive art gallery that brings together rare cars, fine dining, and Miami nightlife. Elo outlines his vision for the concept this way, “South Florida has some of the most passionate auto enthusiasts and car collectors I have ever seen and we are giving them a reason to show off their possessions to the world.
