The home is refined and elegant with over 3000 square feet built suitably to inspire any Washingtonian.The open living space features Palladian windows, coffered ceilings and Doric columns. Nearly every room of the home contains a nod to classical architecture, connecting this property to the legacy of great architecture in the surrounding areas.The classic library of Honduran mahogany was custom fabricated to the owner?s specifications. There are 13 fluted ionic pilasters supporting a 36-inch entablature (cornice, frieze, and architrave) with unique and now extinct 18-foot continuous sections (or long runs).
