Dreaming of columned porches and Southern style" The Dunleith Historic Inn of Natchez, Mississippi for sale. The property, which is listed as a National Historic Landmark, is the only fully columned antebellum mansion in Mississippi.Restored in 2012 and currently home to an inn and a restaurant , the Inn does a brisk business in weddings (over 35 a year), partly due to its scenic beauty. The sale includes the luxury inn and gourmet restaurant, contents of all buildings and garden elements. The property spans nearly 60 acres with graceful live oaks for added Southern charm.The stands on the site originally occupied by ?Routhland?, a house built by Job Routh and his wife during the late 18th century. Their daughter, Mary, a widow at only fifteen years old, took Charles Dahlgren as her second husband and inherited the house. In 1855 lightning struck a chimney, and Routhland burned to the ground. Dahlgren built a new house in its place in 1856, but his young wife died just three years later.
