Ah, fall, the end of summer fun and long sunny days. Not, however, if you spend time in Miami where the pursuit of the perfect tan and the ideal poolside moment is a year-long obsession. One thing to look forward to this fall is the debut of Fendi’s first brand project in the U.S. real estate market in Surfside, a Miami-Dade town just a few blocks south of the Bal Harbour luxury shops.The Fendi Chateau Residences, which range in price from $6 million to $25 million, were created in collaboration with real estate developer Château Group and architecture firm Arquitectonica. The property is located on three acres of oceanfront property and the 12-story building, with a style reminiscent of a cruise ship, features 58 flow-through residences ranging from 3,325  to over 7,000 square feet.The three-to-five bedroom units have 10 to 11 foot-high ceilings and stylized interiors curated by FENDI Casa,and also feature east to west exposures, terraces and spacious living quarters and master suites.
