Food Review: Going Back to Basics at Indigo Restaurant
Unlike the many restaurants serving an artistically curated molecular dining menu, the renowned European-Asian restaurant Indigo in Mumbai, till date, hosts a traditional menu featuring dishes cooked using old-school techniques. A space that has hosted celebrities from Hollywood and bollywood, including the royal family of London, invited us to relish a menu fetched from their celebrated archives.
