Bistro Felix became a favourite on the Costa del Sol when the Las Dunas luxury hotel first opened.

Now the 5-star Healthouse Hotel Las Dunas health resort (a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property) has reimagined this restaurant as something quite unique. It is now a place where distinctive design meets upscale elegance, and where the gastronomy is defined by high quality ingredients, presented in an exquisite way.
Omakase
We started our meal sitting at the Japanese Sushi Bar. Chef Jose María Viera asked if we had any dietary requirements and then began to prepare a menu of fresh fish and seafood. This ?Omakase? approach affords the chef the freedom to create signature dishes based on what is fresh-from-the-sea or produce that is in season. You don?t order ? you just let the chef create.
