Joel Silver, well-known for action films including the Lethal Weapon series, The Matrix trilogy, the first two Die Hard movies, and Predator, has listed his Malibu Beach house. Up for $57.5 million, the American film producer had purchased the Californian property from producer Robert Chartoff in September 2003 for $14.4 million.Nestled on about 3000 square meter estate, the 5,859 square-foot main house features  five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Boasting a 137-feet of bulk-headed frontage along Carbon Beach, the property also comes with a detached guesthouse that houses two bedrooms and two bathrooms.Other features of this house, located in affluent beach city in Los Angeles County, include a walled entrance courtyard, open living spaces, a chef?s kitchen and a fitness room.
