In an illustrious move that marries timeless elegance with European flair, Kempinski, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel company, has announced the addition of Kempinski Marina Residences to its expanding collection in Dubai. This announcement comes just a month after two iconic properties in Dubai were integrated into the Kempinski constellation, further cementing the company’s footprint in the Emirate’s luxury real estate and hospitality sector.

Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, Kempinski Marina Residences is being developed by the UAE-based ABA Group Dubai on one of the last undeveloped plots in the neighbourhood. The project promises a fresh addition to the Dubai Marina skyline with its unique architectural design that features vertical gardens and staggered outdoor terraces lush with greenery, embodying a blend of innovation and luxury.
The Kempinski Marina Residences will feature 453 state-of-the-art homes, ranging from one to four-bedroom single and duplex apartments, sky villas, and seven penthouse suites.
