pbr /Leopoldo Tullio Aquila had his first brush with pens when he started producing ink at the age of 16. After hours and days of work with a friend, he managed to create an ink of his own. Slowly, he moved to creating his own pen and then the house of luxe writing instruments - Montegrappa./p pbr /The pen allows the user to learn more about his personality and design ideas. It has resolute shapes with elegant non-indulgent colours. The pen is made of pearlised charcoal black celluloid and the cap of solid sterling silver and embellished with an engraved Art Nouveau pattern. The cap's top is octagonal, representing the geometric form that serves as Montegrappa's emblem. It also has a Montegrappa 1912 symbol, which signifies the year of Montegrappa's founding. It has an 18k gold nib engraved with the characteristic filigree pattern./p
