While the home in the listing may not look too much like the Surrey home of the Dursley family now, this home, actually located at 12 Picket Post Close in Martins Heron, Bracknell is indeed the home used in the 2001 film. It is listed for  £475,000 (just under $620,000).The three-bedroom house was used to film scenes from ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ over a two-week period.
