Tell us how you started in the beauty industry"

At the time I was freelancing with Urban Decay Cosmetics in California helping with packaging for a Christmas rush several years ago.

The constant drive for new innovation and product. It?s an exciting time in the industry and I believe the industry is opening up to new brands with new ideas like they never have before. What do you enjoy most about your job"

The excitement and rush that comes with owning your own business. There is never a dull moment, nor enough time to do everything I want to do so it keeps me on my toes.
If you had to choose, which are your favorite 5 products and why"

Our Tinted Lip Conditioner is our first product and still my favorite. I still haven?t found another product that is the same and that is something special in itself. Our Multi-Sticks come in a close second for their convertible use on lips and cheeks.
