The French couture house Christian Dior unveils the  Dioressence stiletto. Inspired by the shape of a Dior pump released in 1959, the new Dior pumps also share their name with the spicy oriental, Chypre fragrance that was launched in 1979. Designed to add a few inches as well as a sensual attitude to a woman’s stature, the new Dior footwear flatters the limbs with low-cut front and a towering heel. Its design is the culmination of an idea developed over more than sixty years.Exclusively designed to enhance the feminine poise as well as the curve of the leg, the unique Dior heel is entirely clad in leather.
