Sweet Auburn Barbecue is a hot restaurant in Poncey-Highlands, Atlanta. For lunch, I decided to order the Memphis Baby Back Ribs Half Rack, Mac & Cheese and Jerk Spiced Collards via Uber Eats. The ribs were delicious and plentiful. I will definitely have enough for 4 servings. Unlike some restaurants that are skimpy on the sauce, SAB is very generous. There were no dry spots, and the juicy meat fell off the bone. Also, the collards were seasoned and tasty.
However, there are two areas of improvements. The pasta was good, but it needs to be cheesier. There were clumps of cheese, which was good, but some of the pasta pieces were not covered enough in cheese. The side portions, which each came in a small round container, were too small for $4 apiece. I expected the sides to be twice as big as they were. However, for $22, you are getting a good deal because you are served a lot of meat. The meal came with a piece of white toast, but a dish like this should only be served with cornbread. Rating:
