Based on passenger satisfaction surveys with over millions of entries, this is the grand daddy of all airline surveys. Their 2016 survey covered more than 280 airlines and measured 41 parameters ranging from boarding procedures to seat comfort to quality of service to bring us the top rated airlines of the year. It comes as no surprise that Emirates has been named the best airline in the world for 2016. This is the fourth time Emirates has won this award in the awards history.
