For the illustrations in the collection Magic Lanterns, Michele commissioned San Francisco-based illustrator-designer Jayde Fish (who he found on Instagram). The illustrator took Gucci motifsthe snake and monkeyto the next level by reinterpreting them in her drawings. Fish drew inspiration from tarot cards for her illustrations for Gucci.
