pThe new menu at Masque has dishes like Heirloom Tomato and Corn ice cream with Passion Fruit. While Heirloom Tomato uses cherry tomatoes and potato crisps garnished with buffalo feta cheese and mint; the ice cream is made using corn milk granola as its base, and is flavoured with passion fruit.
