Food lovers rejoice, Miami Spice, the two-month celebratory dining extravaganza, is here.  From  August 1st to September 30th the Magic City?s most upscale eateries will offer their fine dining cuisine as three-course prix-fixe Miami Spice menus at the unbelievable price of $23 for lunch and brunch and $39 for dinner.  Here are some of Upscale Living Magazine?s favorite contenders:
