On November 3, 2018, The Crow Museum of Asian Art held its Second Annual Jade Ball at the Belo Mansion in downtown Dallas. Entitled, The Crow at Twenty, this year marks two decades of presenting diverse cultural exhibitions, programs and educational outreach to the community. Continuing with this legacy, Gala Chair, Mrs. Carmen Hancock, gave guests the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in interactive experiences throughout the entire evening. Partnering with event producer, Steve Kemble, in fulfilling her vision, the black-tie dinner for 400 guests was full of entertainment and surprises.

Starting off the evening, was an intimate VIP cocktail reception in the newly renovated museum. Guests had the opportunity to witness first hand the Crow Collection?s vision of bridging East and West, which is symbolically realized in both its timeless pieces from the Qing Dynasty Jades balanced alongside its internationally, renown exhibitions. As the cocktail hour came to a close, dancing dragons helped guide guests to the historic mansion. Once inside the venue, a mystical world full of Asian inspired florals and entertainment set the tone, while attendees sipped signature cocktails, bid on silent auction items and enjoyed lively, cultural performances.
